SBS YH-815E is a kind of thermoplastic styrene butadiene rubber produced by Baling Petrochemical. Here are some of its features and applications:
Features:
Structure and composition: styrene-butadiene block copolymer with star structure. Among them, the ratio of styrene and butadiene is about 40:60, which makes the rubber have a certain rigidity at the same time, but also maintain good elasticity.
Physical properties: high tensile strength, up to 24MPa; The hardness is Shao A89 degrees; The melt flow rate (MFR) is low, at 0.1g/10min (200 ° C, 5kg), which means that its processing fluidity is relatively poor, but it has good dimensional stability after molding.
Other properties: It has good low temperature resistance, air permeability and wet slip resistance, and it can have similar characteristics to vulcanized rubber without adding sulfur.
