Production technology
Polymerization principle: styrene and butadiene as monomers, in a hydrocarbon solvent, using organolli-induced anionic polymerization.
Main process: According to the different polymerization methods, the process is mainly divided into intermittent polymerization process and continuous polymerization process. The operation flexibility of batch polymerization process is large, and different grades can be flexibly switched. Physical properties: narrow relative molecular mass distribution, less branching, high content of cis-1, 4-structure, light color of most brands, high purity, low content of impurities and ash, ash content of the product is only 0.05% ~ 0.20%.
Mechanical properties: vulcanized rubber has high tensile strength, good tear resistance, good durability, finished rubber wear resistance, cold resistance, low heat generation, low shrinkage, high resilience.
