Use
1. Curing agent : cyclohexanediamine is often used as curing agent in chemical production, especially in coatings, adhesives and resins. It can react with substances containing carbonyl groups (such as aldehydes, ketones, amides, etc.) to form a network and cross-linked structure under high temperature conditions, so as to achieve the solidification of the substrate. The adhesion, hardness, wear resistance and chemical resistance of coatings can be improved by adding cyclohexanediamine into coatings. In adhesives, it can enhance adhesion and shear strength; In resins, it can improve the strength, hardening and high temperature resistance of the resin .
2. Antioxidant : cyclohexanediamine can also be used as an antioxidant in rubber and plastics and other materials to prevent cracks and aging due to oxidation .
3. Catalyst : cyclohexanediamine can be used as a catalyst in organic synthesis reactions, such as the catalytic esterification reaction and the synthesis of urethane .
4. Other applications : cyclohexanediamine can also be used in organic synthesis and as epoxy curing agent . In addition, it can also be used as an antioxidant additive to fuel oil, improve fuel combustion performance and prevent equipment corrosion .
