Isopropyl acetate is harmful if inhaled, ingested or absorbed through the skin. It can irritate the eyes, skin and mucous membranes. After inhalation, it can cause laryngeal and bronchial inflammation, spasm, chemical pneumonia, pulmonary edema and so on. Smoking, eating and drinking are prohibited in the workplace. Product use:
(1) Used for leather coating, leather PU resin synthesis, adhesive production: isopropyl acetate volatilization rate is similar to butyl ketone, can replace butyl ketone.
(2) For high-grade ink: isopropyl acetate is a cost-effective environmentally friendly solvent.
(3) Used as paint solvent: it is an effective solvent of synthetic resin, and has a wide range of applications in high-grade coatings such as mobile phone paint and toy paint.
(4) Used as a dehydrating agent for acetic acid recovery: It has a wide range of applications in acetic acid recovery devices in PTA, acetate fiber, Vinylon and other industries.
(5) Used in medicine and pesticide industry: isopropyl acetate can be used in the production of medicine and pesticides because of its dissolution ability, extraction ability, skin penetration ability and volatilization speed.
