Product Description

Rubber SEBS YH-507/507T: thermoplastic elastomer. It has a linear structure, which makes the material have good flexibility and plasticity in the process of processing and use.
Styrene content: The styrene content is 15%, which makes the material have both the rigidity and heat resistance of the polystyrene phase, and the elasticity and flexibility of the polybutadiene phase, and the comprehensive performance is good.
Mechanical properties: 300% fixed extension strength ≥1.0MPa, tensile strength ≥8.0MPa, elongation ≥706% (507), ≥800% (507T), with good strength and high elongation, can meet the requirements of mechanical properties of materials in a variety of application scenarios.
Hardness: Hardness Shao A 54 (507T), 55 (507), relatively soft, suitable for the application of material softness requirements.
Liquidity: Melt flow rate (MFR) is 0.8-1.2g/10min (507T), 3.8g/10min (507), with a certain fluidity, easy to process and form.
Other properties: Volatile content ≤1.0%, indicating that the volatile content of the material is low, and the stability and quality of the product is high.
