SBS YH-796E is a kind of thermoplastic styrene butadiene rubber produced by Baling Petrochemical.
Basic performance features:
Excellent properties of both rubber and plastic: good elasticity, low temperature resistance, air permeability, temperature slip resistance, coloring and electrical insulation.
Convenient processing: there is no need for vulcanization during processing, and it can be directly formed by injection molding, molding, extrusion and other processing methods.
Physical parameters:
Its structure is linear structure of styrene content and appearance is white porous particles.
In the SBS product series of Baling Petrochemical, the ratio of styrene and butadiene of YH-796E is 20/80, the tensile strength is 10MPa, the hardness is 60 Sao-A, the melt flow rate (200ºC, 5kg) is 2g/10min, and the viscosity of toluene solution is 4800MPa · s at 25ºC and 25%.
